Experience 3+ years
Design and build scalable web applications from front end to back end using modern stacks (e.g. React, Node.js). Implement responsive UIs, develop RESTful or GraphQL APIs, work with databases, and collaborate with clients and the team to deliver clean, maintainable code. Familiarity with version control, testing, and deployment workflows expected.
Quality Analyst
Experience 2+ years
Design and execute manual and automated test cases. Experience with automated testing; knowledge of JMeter and Playwright preferred. Ensure quality and performance of software applications, collaborate with development teams, and help ship reliable products. Familiarity with test planning and defect tracking expected.
MERN Stack Developer
Experience 3+ years
Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js. Build full-stack web applications with modern JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, and a solid grasp of the software development life cycle. Collaborate with the team to deliver clean, maintainable code and scalable solutions.
Python Developer
Experience 3+ years
Design, develop, and maintain Python applications and services. Write clean, efficient code; implement security and data protection; and use unit and integration testing. Work with frameworks such as Django or FastAPI, integrate with databases and APIs, and collaborate with the team to deliver reliable, scalable solutions. Familiarity with version control and deployment workflows expected.
Business Analyst
Experience 2+ years
Gather and document requirements, analyze processes, and bridge business needs with technical solutions. Work with stakeholders and development teams to define scope, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Facilitate workshops, create clear specifications, and support the team through delivery. Strong communication and analytical skills expected.
Business Development
Experience 4+ years
Identify leads, nurture client relationships, and drive growth. Experience with end-to-end lead handling, proposals, and closing deals. Familiarity with global freelancing and outsourcing platforms (e.g. Upwork, Toptal) is a plus. Work with the delivery team to align client expectations and ensure successful engagements.
